By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of vintage garments, pieces may show minor signs of wear, fading, or imperfections consistent with age.

We take care to accurately photograph and describe each item. Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.

CARE

Vintage garments should be handled with care. We are not responsible for damage caused after wear, washing, alterations, or improper care once an item has been delivered.

SIZING

Vintage sizing may differ from modern sizing standards. We recommend referring to garment fit notes or included measurement rather than tagged size when determining fit.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY

All prices are listed in AUD.

Products are subject to availability and may sell out quickly. We reserve the right to remove, update, or discontinue items at any time without notice.

ORDERS

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary, including suspected fraudulent activity or pricing errors.

SHIPPING

Australian shipping timeframes are estimates only and do not include dispatch time (1–3 business days) and may vary due to postal delays outside of our control.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

DELIVERY LIABILITY

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels after delivery confirmation.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of vintage and pre-loved garments, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect fit, or minor signs of wear consistent with vintage items.

If your item arrives faulty or significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@gieel.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including imagery, branding, graphics, and written content, remains the property of gie.el and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

PRIVACY

Personal information provided during checkout is used solely for processing and fulfilling orders in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
