All pieces are vintage, pre-loved, or sourced in limited quantities and may show natural signs of wear, age, or fading unique to the garment.

Please review all measurements, descriptions, and images carefully before purchasing.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect fit, or minor signs of wear consistent with vintage items.

If your item arrives faulty or significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@gieel.com with your order number and images. Approved returns must be sent back in original condition, unworn and unaltered.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
